Rebecca N King is an American artist with European atelier style training from one of Pietro Annigoni's students, Fresco Master Ben Long IV. Influenced by the art and philosophies of the past and present, King's art is centered on the connection between the Material and Spiritual World, and the individual's experience of Joy, Beauty, Love, Despair, and Isolation in the Natural world. King works in charcoal, graphite, pen and ink, conte, oil, pastel and fresco. Prolific and passionate about more people experiencing great art, King makes art and shares her work and ideas with friends, students and colleagues every week in North Carolina and online. King teaches at the Fine Arts League of the Carolinas, a school founded by Ben Long IV to educate artists in the traditional drawing and painting methods of the Old Masters.
